MILLING AND TURNING PRODUCTION CYCLE
T.M.A. performs the various processes using numerically controlled machines such as lathes and 3- and 5-axis milling machines equipped with variable working ranges up to 700mm.
Making use of management software, it is possible to monitor the progress of machining and its timing which makes it possible to identify any deviations from the production plan.
The acquisition of this data, allows T.M.A. to optimize the production cycle by applying, if necessary, the necessary corrections.
THE MILLING AND TURNING CYCLE
In CNC milling and turning, computerized tracking of work steps, which always follows the drawing, is very important. By monitoring the cost centers in the work cycle, constant control of production progress is allowed.
A path of immediate traceability is set up not only of the machining operations performed, but also of those still in progress.
