T.M.A. Ltd. is a company that has been active in the field of precision mechanics for many years. Over time, it has structured its human and technological resources to broaden its scope.

It constantly deepens its knowledge of the avionics and aerospace fields, while still maintaining interest in established sectors such as electromedical and mechanics for electronics.

Beginning with prototyping, it continues by developing machining with production and mechanical assembly, serialization, mechanical testing and after-sales service.

T.M.A.'s services are arranged for the creation of ever-new projects, showing the company's value as a preferred partner for precision mechanical manufacturing.

The company makes use of three-axis and five-axis CNC machining centers CNC lathe with motorized axes, die-sinking EDM, micropalletizing machine and CNC laser machine for serialization and laser cutting of small thicknesses.

In addition, an air-conditioned testing room, with a 3D measuring machine, capable of performing integral testing and issuing test reports, is available on site.

QUALITY CONTROL

The state-of-the-art quality and mechanical testing department follows the production process up to the part packaging stage, performing both intermediate and final inspections.

CAD/CAM Programming

Programs for CNC machines are created in advance by dedicated personnel trained in the use of the latest generation of CAD/CAM programs.

CNC Milling and Turning

For milling, T.M.A. has state-of-the-art CNC, 3- and 5-axis continuous machining centers with variable working ranges from 500mm x 700mm. For turning CNC lathes for machining.
XZ, equipped with C and Y motorized tools, with bar passage up to 65mm.

Electric discharge machining

To perform machining operations that cannot be done by milling, T.M.A. uses die-sinking EDM machine.

Laser engravings

Engravings on metal and plastic material, for serialization and personalization, by CNC laser machine.
